This webinar will discuss the incipient technologies developed as part of ASEAN member states’ response to the COVID19 pandemic and the health technology assessment (HTA) processes have these incipient technologies gone through. This webinar will also discuss the effect of the pandemic on the already on-going HTA processes of other non-pandemic incipient technologies.
