
The Institute of Philippine Culture together with DOST-PCHRD conducted a webinar that discussed the incipient technologies developed as part of ASEAN member states’ response to the COVID19 pandemic and the health technology assessment (HTA) processes have these incipient technologies gone through. This webinar also discussed the effect of the pandemic on the already on-going HTA processes of other non-pandemic incipient technologies.
