Center for Leadership, Citizenship and Democracy, Ideacorp, Philippine Social Science Council; the Philippine ICT Research Network, and Intel Philippines, the Institute of Philippine Culture organized the "First Philippine Conference on ICT for Philippine Development." Held on 21-22 September 2012 at the Auditorium of the Philippine Social Science Center in Diliman, Quezon City, the conference featured the following plenary presentations:
