A Study of Vilage-Level Effects of NIA’s Communal Participatiry Program

This particular work evaluated the participatory communal irrigation development program of the NIA, focusing on the impact of farmers' participation in planning and constructing irrigation systems on three dimensions of irrigation: functionality of the physical irrigation system, capability of the irrigators' association for irrigation system management, and relationship between the irrigators' associations and the government.
