This survey sought to provide a benchmark profile of the socioeconomic conditions of Northern Samar residents living in areas affected by the NSIRDP-assisted projects. It also assessed the residents' perceived needs and problems, as well as awareness and attitudes toward the NSIRDP-assisted projects.
