Livelihood for Vulnerable Urban Communities Process Evaluation

This process evaluation of the Livelihood for Vulnerable Urban Communities focused primarily on the assessing the appropriateness of the project implementation processes (proposed adaptations to the existing KALAHI-CIDSS model) in the communities initially targeted during the project’s first year of implementation.  The focus of the process evaluation was to collect information that can help DSWD to further refine project design prior to scale-up.
